Exosect, a leading provider of Intelligent Pest Management solutions, today announced the appointment of Robert Hend as its Regulatory Affairs Manager within the company’s research and development team. With over 20 years experience in the agrochemical and speciality chemicals sectors, Robert has previously worked for several leading edge, global, research-based companies and brings with him strong knowledge of the crop protection sector.
As Regulatory Affairs Manager, Robert’s responsibilities will include the effective management and compilation of regulatory dossiers as well as the production of robust study summaries and appropriate risk assessments. He will also continue Exosect’s development of relationships with regulatory personnel within the ranks of suppliers, external contractors and competent authorities.
Prior to his appointment, Robert was Regulatory Affairs Manager for a range of insecticides and fungicides at Syngenta, the world leading agricultural business committed to crop protection.

Robert holds a BSc Hons in Zoology with a postgraduate diploma in Information Science.
